My tracking info never went any further than that. I guess it is only tracked in the US

Woah thats odd, take a photo and email them, they are a very helpful bunch.
That's not cool.
It is a bit hard to see as my camera is meh.
This is what it looked like when I took it out of the box: (i'v dried and cleaned it tho). (2nd look and the box appears to be damaged and fixed with tape )
and this is scratches and slightly bent (as if something heavy and hard was placed on top)

Well in that case G2 can claim form the postal service and send you a new one.was damaged by mail guys.
This is where it was damaged:
Ordered a G2 Throttle tamer due to all the pos. feedback. Took 7 days to arrive. Didn't get stung by customs. Fitted it in 10 mins and went down my usual test route of bends and twists to assess said product. Bearing in mind that i was already happy with my throttle due to having a DNA Air filter fitted and had taken in the slack from my throttle cable, I wasn't really expecting much improvement...so off I road with an open mind, and........(wait for it-drumrole)....It's brilliant!
The throttle is now super-smooth in all modes, all gears, and all speeds. Couldn't catch it out. Rode faster and smoother. This is how the bike should be. Forget mapping, and co adjustments and all that bollocks....the two products -DNA Air filter and G2 Throttle tamer work brilliantly together...if the throttle is not smooth enough for you after this then sell the bike and get a new car-motorcycling is not for you. Great shout out for this product. Many thanks Ripgroove !
