i dunno about you lot but these days i seem to come across more and more fuqtards on ebay. im sure some do it for sport, others cos theyre bored and an increasing amount seem to do it as trolls, probably cos its getting harder to troll people on media sites due to id checks.
so, have any of you lot been tormented by retards on ebay?
ill list 3 or 4 ive had in the last week........
1 the HPI guy i listed already in a different thread. after getting every detail off me short of the length of my **** he then says the V5 is suspect???? -it was sent to me from dvla when i bought the bike from new.
2 i wait 7 days to bid on some luggage racks, i win them and pay. next day i get a message saying he sold them on a forum and was away so couldnt cancel the auction (message sent from a mobile.......where he could have cancelled the auction) ebay did nowt to him
3 im selling some Zard cans, guys messages me saying he wants them right now and will drive down 289 miles to give me £350 if theyre as good as they are in the listing photo. i clean them and take new photos, they look as new. i send the photos..........no reply.
4 some twonk is bidding on the Zards, hes telling me he wants to buy them now, his life will be over if he doesnt get them now as theyre the best thing since the iphone 5 and he doesnt want arrows. i tell him £350 and theyre his, i send the new photos. an hour later he sends back a message saying that cos i took so long to reply hes gone and bought arrows......
5 will be here tomorrow morning to tell me my cbx is worth nothing because ive changed the tyres and filled them up with non japanese air..............

........these people are for real, right?

can i claim temporary insanity for murdering 1 of these wankers.....

Before I continue, I'll say that being an IT guy I've got my email addresses done so that I can [anything]@mydomain.com. That means that for Twitter I have twitter@[mydomain.com], for Facebook I have facebook@[mydomain.com], etc. This way, if someone gets hacked and email addresses get leaked, they won't be able to cross-reference my account on other hacked websites. Or try use my username/password on other services.

For same reasons my PayPal email address is paypal@[mydomain.com]. My PayPal account is linked to my eBay account and I suspect that whenever I buy something from a seller, they get to see my PayPal email as they payer.

Yesterday (note: 15/05/2014) I receive an email with the following contents:

So let me get this straight - my vehicle was parked on a driveway yesterday, while I was at work? And the notice they sent me on 10/04/2014 about illegally parking my vehicle on 15/05/2014 was... Wait, wut! How did they know a month in advance that I'd be parking on their driveway illegally?

What I suspect has happened is - one of the sellers has a been a twat and has either passed on or sold my PayPal email address to some scammers who now think I'm stupid enough to pay. Wish I could find them or at least cause them trouble.

Be very careful, folks, to who you give your personal details to. Shame I can't define a different email address for every seller, then I'd be able to pinpoint the f**ker.

^^^Unfortunately thats all gobbledygook to me! I try and stay alert and hopefully recognise phishing emails etc when I see them. I can't wait till the satellites fall out of orbit and the grid goes down and we get back to rubbing sticks together and living life the Analogue way. Says he using an iPhone!!

yup. so according to the fuqtard buyer i should have posted them out 1 day before they bothered to pay.........how does that work again?

todays gem.....some fuqtard called 'retry11' (who i will be referring to as 'retard11' in the feedback) bought a pair of zx10 brake hoses in 'race length'. i gave the exact length of each hose on the listing so its not rocket science to measure your own hoses with a length of string and check that the ones in the listing are the ones you need........well, its what id do. this asshole is demamding a refund as '1 hose is too long and flaps around over the mudguard'.
so he bought 2 hoses the same length expecting them to be an 'over the mudguard' fit?????
if i ran a shop on ebay i would end up buying a gun.......

and it states in the listing 'returns not accepted' so HTF can they give him a refund if it states no refunds?
