I bought one of these, they do various sizes 4,5 & 6inch. Its held on fairly tight, no problems at 100mph, so unlikely to be easily pulled off at lights. Obviously its detachable for when you park up Cycle Scooter Bike Quick Release Mount + Waterproof Case for 5 Inch Satnavs | eBay
That's what I've got, works perfect.
