MT09 to list, ECU dealer reflash

Hi guys,

I am new here excuse the lame question list.

I just bought 2014 MT09 ABS, is there any way I can find out what is my current ECU map does it have been reflashed at all?

Secons question do I need to do ECU reflash with me dealer?

Finally is there a recall list for MT09 at all? Anything I need to do like some fixes?

What are your favorite brake pads for it?

Yamaha website will have recalls listed under modification checker. CCT for sure.

If your throttle response is hair trigger it is probably original map. Yamaha remap softened it a lot. Dealer should be able to tell you what's in there. There are a few people offering ECU flashes, one of them being the forum owner.

OE pads every time.

Correct chump. Your dealer will tell you if your bike has any outstanding recalls and if you want an ecu flash give me a shout val.
