You are right about neat fitting... i'm thinking to have a chat with mechanic generally about controllers just to know what is his opinion about... and then i'll act.

Kev who does the mods,told me he rides 365 days a year and the coldest it gets down to in his winter is 10 degrees
Sometimes think i was born in the wrong place
Last Sunday it was shiny, temp around 16-18 C and i did a fast ride in Cape Sounion with my wife. If you visit site's Google map then you 'll see my house and the coast street to a famous ancient temple at the southest area of Attica (Temple of ancient God Neptune at cape Sounion). It's my favourite road, lots of turns etc.
From Monday has arrived bad weather with gusty winds, rain fully on sand from Sahara desert and snow !! Snowing here ish't so common but a few days ago there were snow in Israel..
Yesterday and the day before yesterday my daughter's highschool was closed.
Today it was a cloudy day with some rain.
Since Monday i'm commuting by my Subaru Forester.
Tomorow it must be a shiny sky but temp will stay arround 8-10 C daytime.
I hope to use the bike tomorow.
Generally i ride the bike about 330 days per year (all year riding) except rainy days.... but rains here are not so common !
Hope to visit Greece one day and have an "MT meating" with all you my mates !!!

I was in Zante last august, every time I saw a "Decent" bike, I started crying and had to have 6 beers to get over the shock... Sodding good job I was all inclusive... Lol
Kev, Crabstick junior's XT660 o2 eliminator was collected from the post office today and fitted a few hours ago, he went out for a ride and came back raving at just how transformed the bike is with the box on, big, big thumbs up, thanks so much.
Great stuff, my XT660X converted +5.5mm big bore, +5mm stroker crank, +2mm big valve, Raptor 5050 race cam was the very reason these O2 controller were invented as I could not tune my motor correctly after all the performance mods I did.
Most mechanic's would not even know how my O2 controller works as there are only two types in the whole world, Dynojets O2 optimizer & mine.
Any modification or added part to a motorcycle can void your warranty on the part been replace if it can be proven that the modification cause the part to fail. I have been selling these O2 controller for years now & have never had a problem with any warranty claims, my local Yamaha, KTM, Kawa dealer forwards customer to me for these O2 controllers.
So how do I order one of these O2 controllers?

Another daft question. Simon's flash hasn't been approved for ABS bikes. Is this mod okay with mine being an ABS bike?
The mod works fine & has been tested on 09's with ABS.

Has anyone else had the top of their OEM o2 controller cable disappear right into the middle of the main wiring loom behind the frame ???
I had the whole petrol tank off and started unwrapping a load of black insulating tape where it merges into the main loom and have started to expose some wires, so not keen to keep going with that.

There's supposed to be a connector under the tank, I was wondering if they'd taped my connector around the loom so I started unwrapping the tape to see if I could find it

hang on i thought i was replacing the oem cable with yours DOH
now i got it, i'm supposed to extend the original bloody cable by inserting your one at the point where the original connects to the exhaust - is that right yeah ?
edit/ and yes I did have the instructions and yes I was looking at the pictures, I had just convinced myself that I was replacing the OEM cable...

Please download the fitting instructions it shows you exactly where to connect the O2 controller.
