How to upload non-standard files?

Hi All,
I've had a couple of people ask if I could upload my Power Commander maps but when I try to attach them to a forum post I just get an "invalid file type" message.
Any idea how I can do this?

PCV map are like excel work sheet. Easy to copy & paste... try so save the map on a excel sheet instead maybe.
