    Ground clearance

Had my MT a couple of weeks and love it, great for wheelies and just great fun. I've already destroyed the footpeg feelers so took them off, now scraping pegs. So I've just fitted a nitron shock to give the rear some more support and ordered some rearsets, anyone else fitted these and did it...

    Spare Time

Spent a bit of time Saturday while it was raining outside cutting out the useless plastic ridge to open up the underseat storage for the disc lock & making a rear mud flap to help protect the rear shock from some of the road crud.

    Wetting yourself on a Tracer?

Is this occurring, as it does on the MT-09? I refer to the case, where you have the bike out in the rain, and the spray from the rear wheel ends up and giving you a very wet experience on your bum! :-) Is that sorted with the bigger rear of the Tracer?

    Mesh in rear side panels

After looking at the many pics of MT/FZ-07s online, I've noticed that some models appear to have a mesh insert on the rear side panels just under the rear corners of the front seat pad that match those used in the air intakes. However it seems all the 2014/15 UK spec models I've seen have this...

    Corrosion & Build Quality

I still love my MT07 but Christ the build quality is poor. I tried to operate the seat lock today and it was seized solid. I had to soak it in WD40 for half an hour just to get the key in, and even then it took another 10 minutes of wiggling to get it to turn. Add that to the rusted disc...
