Slight stuttering when revving from idle to about 3k?


I'll get a better feel on the way home. Throttle seems a bit sharper but hard to tell. Give it a shot, can't hurt.
I will thanks, I've not ventured into the diag menu any further than the C0 settings, are the requires channels easy enough to find?

I don't know, we don't have CO here. Just pick the Diag page and hold the 2 buttons at the same time. Then use one button or the other to go up/down. Nothing to change on the dash itself, you just need to read the throttle in 14 & 15.

Not night and day but I can feel a slight improvement. That's a keeper.

Keep in mind that it goes from the throttle on the handlebar to a sensor to a ECU and to a servo motor that actuate the throttle body. So from brand new there was always a little lag that I notice when blipping. Over 4-5 K rpm I don't notice it much since the air in the intake runner has more momentum but at low rpm the air speed is too slow in the runner and the air seems to "stall". Givr it more throttle input if you blip at low rpm.

Cool thanks, will give it a go and I get what your saying about the stall it all makes sense. Soon as I'm near the bike again I'll check the TPS values then adjust and test when I get a spare hour or so. [emoji2]
 
Am I in the right place here:

Ignition on while holding both buttons.
Diag appears on screen.
Hold both buttons again.
D1 appears on screen.
Navigate to values 14 & 15

I've found the following:

Value 1 Open = 101
Value 1 Closed = 17
Value 13 Open = 101
Value 13 Closed = 17
Value 14 Open = 101
Value 14 Closed = 17
Value 15 Open = 101
Value 15 Closed = 17

Am I right in thinking that I should be aiming for:

Value 14 Closed = 22
Value 15 Closed = 24

As long as I don't exceed those values and ensuring the mode switch still works?

If so do I just ignore what the fully open values are, what value should I be seeing at fully open? Don't want to restrict my open throttle!

Also I don't see how I can get value 14 to 22 and value 15 to 24 as they are both currently the same (17) so if i move 14 to 22 then surely 15 will move to 22 also?

Well I've adjusted it but as above can only get the same readings for both 14 & 15

As it stands they are both 21 when closed and 105 when open.

And the mode button switching still works.

I just find it odd that other people are seeing different values for 14 & 15 while mine are exactly the same?
 
I still have the issue anyway after tweaking the TPS sensor, it looks like its just something I'll have to live with, it's no major issue anyway, just wondered what it was and whether it could be sorted.

It's not very clear in the video but if you take in to account how fast I'm moving the throttle you'll see that there is a lag/stuttering effect between the throttle movement and the actual revs. This is not apparent at anything over 3k, just seems to affect 1-2k short quick blips.
