Hello everyone, new to the forum and soon to be new owner of a MT Live in south Africa :) For some reason these bikes aren't as much popular here as elsewhere in the world :rolleyes: Fz09/MT09 and the fj09/MT09 tracer I'm considering those 2, 0ne of them as my next bike. Have yet to test...

saw Tom's thread (on Facebook) and thought I would look for something that could be modified, found one for a Kawasaki Versys that looks pretty good (IMHO), as his is for an ER6 I figured it should be a similar fit... if not it will be made to fit :D will update when it's delivered

Does anyone have any experience with sprocket ratio modifications. There's a 16/43 ratio combo available on eBay. I don't even know the original ratio but would be interested in any comments. We have rediculously low speed limits in Oz and huge speeding fines but they haven't figured out a way...
