Hi, Has anyone rejected there bike under the sale of goods act as being unfit for purpose due to very poor fueling making the bike hard / dangerous to ride.

Tons of different sliders out in the market, but think I have settled on the Rizoma B-Pro Frame Sliders (mostly due to the look on them) Any opinion on them?
