Where did you get your information that there are differences (apart from colour)?

Yeah was going to use the resistors supplied with the Yamaha LEDs but went for the relay swap in the end.

Yeah the seat cowl totally replaces the pillion seat, effectively clipping and locking in place exactly like the seat does.

I've just finished minimalizing the rear of my MT-07 and thought I'd share some photos. The products I used were: Evotech Tail Tidy Yamaha LED Indicators Ermax Seat Cowl Bruudt Pillion Footpeg Blanking Plates (cheaper than others) Shame to put a number plate on really :p

Oh ok good call. I wasn't sure if this relay was a straight swap on the MT-07 but now you've confirmed it I'll get one ordered. At least I can put all the rear panels and seats back on and then just swap the relay when it arrives.

Yeah, not keen either. It's the same with any sort of design (clothes, interior design, etc.), two similar colours put next together generally do not look good (ask a woman if they would mix pink and red). You would be better choosing the exact same colour or two complimentary colours.

Could I bring my seat cover round to yours to compare the colour to your hugger?

Yeah it fits exactly like the rear seat, i.e. latches on and removed with the key
