    Sick Screen !!!

I just ordered the Ermax rear hugger to see what it'll look like. I'm going for a certain look, and I think the DPM is just too long. The stock one is good too, but the shape of the Ermax one goes with my overall theme. It looks to be a little shorter as well, like a good in-between of the...

    Sick Screen !!!

As for the DPM rear hugger, I'm undecided if I like it or not. Here's a shot with, and without. It's not actually installed...it's just resting on the rear tire. With: Without: I just don't know if I like it or not. I like the idea of the hugger...I mean, it's a perfect match for...

    Sick Screen !!!

So here's the comparisons... DPM Race aluminum screen on the left, Rizoma aluminum screen on the right: My thoughts? Well, I haven't ridden with the Rizoma, but I rode with the DPM yesterday. The DPM screen definitely works to keep wind off you, but keep in mind it's at more of a...

    Sick Screen !!!

Ok fellas (and ladies)... :) Finally got around to getting this thing installed! Let me say this straight away...the DPM screen WILL NOT fit a US spec FZ-07 as-is. The screen is meant to go over the turn signal housings on each side. The European turn signal housings are much shorter...

    Sick Screen !!!

The bike is mostly complete except for a bunch of detail work and I still have to decide on a graphics theme, but all the major components are in place (with the exception of the tank plastics, DPM windscreen, and hugger). I'll do a complete build thread/mod list when it's finally finished, but...

    Sick Screen !!!

Sorry guys...I didn't install it yet, or the matching hugger for that matter because it's just too cold outside. I got everything ready (I'm doing a bunch more than just the windscreen and hugger), took the bike out of the garage etc., and by the time I got a wrench in my hand I couldn't feel...

    Sick Screen !!!

The DPM screen and hugger got here yesterday, exactly 5 days after I placed my order, which is exactly when they said it would get here. I plan to install them this weekend. Pics to come! :) - Paulie

    Sick Screen !!!

Wow, I like this a lot!!! Where did you get it from? A reseller, or direct from DPM? I think I just may have to have it! I'd like to see real pics also, because in the studio photos, the bike doesn't seem to have the instrument cluster, which would make the overall look quite taller I'd...

    powder coat some parts

I've powder coated some items as well... Item 1 is alloy and is removed by the two exposed bolts. Item 2 is plastic and has two built-in tabs on the back side as well as double sided foam tape. The tape was pretty strong and one of my tabs broke off upon removal. Just for reference, the...

Fitting radiator guard with side covers

How did you actually do this? I'm about to do the same to mine. The R&G instructions tell you to remove the clip and use a nut instead, but obviously that won't work since you have to screw from the inside out with the Yamaha Billet side covers and you couldn't really get to the nut in that...

    Need help...stock wheel specs, anyone?

Does anyone have the stock wheel specs by chance? Looking for specific sizes, weights, or any other info...such as what wheels from other bikes will be a direct bolt on. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :) - Paulie Read more: Need help...stock wheel specs, anyone? | FZ-07 Forums
