Welsh Wizard, looks like you have done quite a few mods and the bike looks good! Be interested to see a mods thread to have a in depth look at all your mods.
I have made my decision i am going for the Zard, after months of trying to workout which one to go for I have decided on the Zard, not seen any fitted as of yet in person anyway, so I am going to be different and get it.
Installation thread to come.
Hi Strelk112, thanks for thinking of us, didn't even realize an MT-07 owners club existed until now.
You now have a new member or will do when I sign up.
The 10th is the best day you reckon? As I will need to book a day off work, anyone else going?
In my opinion that was a major factor when I was a child "look at that rear tyre listen to the sound" and to take that away would be criminal again in my opinion.
You're probably correct in your estimations.
Bike is plenty flick-able for anyone's road needs unless you're some sort of pro road...
I have never had any issue with my clutch I sometimes get a little shudder when I pull away 1st thing in the morning but I have put it down to cold whether and the 1st pull away being on a hill.
Looks pretty nice to be fair might have to invest i hate the stock light not good enough really.
Was it a pain to install as I have heard its a bit tight behind the panel? Looking to get some LED indicators as well.
Just spoken to New Moores Yamaha as Flitwick motorcycles told me that Yamaha would not supply them with the parts and the fly screen is £200 and the hand guards are £265!
That's a little on the expensive side to be honest for what they actually are. But hey ho didn't expect anything less really...
I agree with Donut I would buy some of them, I am actually looking to buy the forward mounting brackets now.
Great work there Scim77! Looks great, good addition to what was already a stunning example.
Ye that's why I like the Zard don't see many about. I had never heard of them before buying the bike and exploring exhaust options.
Also it's not the most expensive either which is a bonus.
I owned a 2013 Yamaha YZF-R125 for 2 years until some scumbag nicked the bike from outside my house!! they couldn't get it started so they dumped it in a field across the road. Somehow they had knackered it in the process and it was written off.
It was a really fun bike to ride, only thing is...
